Managing the district’s printers became a nightmare. I pioneered the relationship with Print4 an company which provided an online console to manage all of our printers. From one dashboard I was able to see the current status of the printer, supply levels, any error codes and was able to initiate re-orders of supplies and service requests. This helped decrease the overall cost of supplies and maintenance while decreasing the amount of down time due to unreporter errors.
